Firstly let's start with a morning riddle. I am an odd number. Take away a letter and I become even. What number am I? 

I hope that you have started working on your packs! I have a writing task for you to complete. I would like you to write a story. Your story begins with the line 'I opened the door and I could not believe my eyes.' Take the story in any direction you want! Be imaginative and don't forget to give yourself a writing target like we do in class eg. spelling, vocabulary, adjectives. If you type your story you could ask your parents to help you email it to me!
