Some people might think Ollie knows little about football just because he supports Man Utd but that is just not the case! In fact Ollie is a footballing superstar.
P7 pupil Ollie enjoyed a football trip to remember after heading to England for trials with Bolton Wanderers—and what a week it turned out to be. Ollie captained his side in the Blackpool Cup, leading by example as they marched all the way to tournament victory. Leadership? Check. Silverware? Check.
Off the pitch, Ollie soaked up the full Bolton experience with a behind-the-scenes tour of the club’s stadium before taking his seat to watch the mighty Bolton take on local rivals Stockport—a proper football education.
Who knows? If Ollie keeps this up, he could one day be following in the famous footsteps of Bolton greats like Jay-Jay Okocha, Kevin Davies, Youri Djorkaeff, and Ivan Campo. For now, though, it’s back to school—with a trophy, some unforgettable memories, and dreams very much alive.
