Our Mindful Children in P6&7

Our first week of Mindful Mornings went extremely well, with 17 of our 26 children attending through the week.

Mindfulness classes are running this term for Primary 6 & 7 children from 8.50am until 9am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The children are already seeing the benefits of our Mindful Mornings and are extremely enthusiastic about attending.
