Our Key Stage 2 pupils recently delved into the fascinating topic of houses and homes. Throughout our exploration, we discovered various types of houses from around the world and the unique ways people live. Whether it was igloos, yurts, or skyscrapers, our pupils broadened their understanding of global living arrangements.
To enrich our study even further, the children took part in an exciting letter-writing project. The children have penned thoughtful letters to Mrs. Clarke's aunt Ursula, who lives in Australia. This exercise not only helped improve their writing skills but also offered a personal insight into homes on the opposite side of the globe.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed this engaging topic and gained a deeper appreciation for cultural diversity in living spaces. We cannot wait to receive a reply from Ursula. Thank you
