Today our Primary 4 and 5 pupils embarked on a fascinating journey into the world of place value. Using their practical knowledge, they explored how numbers are built up to 1,000. Through hands-on activities and engaging classroom discussions, the children demonstrated an impressive understanding of how digits interact to form larger numbers.
Our young learners used hundreds, tens, units and interactive tools to break down and reconstruct numbers, making the concept both accessible and fun. This practical approach not only solidified their understanding but also sparked a newfound enthusiasm for maths!
