Catholic Schools Week

We celebrated Cathlolic Schools Week from the 31st Jan - 7th Feb. The theme for this year was proclaiming God's Mercy. In each classroom the children held their own prayer service with songs and prayers.

On Thursday we had a lovely day in school when we celebrated Grandparents Day.  The P1/2 children sang and recited a poem. The P3's sang a lovely song about grandparents. The P4-7 contributed with a selection of poems and stories about how much their grandparents meant to them. Afterwards we had a lovely cup of tea and a chat. 

To conclude the week the whole school attended mass on Friday.
